REFUND POLICY

 

RIGHT TO RETRACT

The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 15 days from the day after the day he comes into possession of the product. He will be responsible for the cost of returns. This right of withdrawal also applies to sale and used products sold on this site.

 

HOW TO PREVENT?

This decision must be notified by the customer by email to the following address: support@puzzletoystore.com.au. We will then give you more information to return the product.

 

METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT

The refund is made on your original method of payment within 15 days from the moment our customer service is informed of the customer's decision to retract.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

It will be necessary to return the product with tracking to our logistics center. Shipping costs are your responsibility, except when receiving a defective product. A warranty procedure will be implemented and a new model sent to your home.

 

RETURN COORDINATES

The address of our logistics center in Sydney will be communicated to you on simple request to the customer service and will depend on your geographical zone of belonging.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Only items returned in a condition for resale (assuming they are returned in their original packaging) will be accepted.  As a result, items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned.
